What is JCTraductions?

JCTraductions is a translation company created in France. We have many offices in Europe and just opened our newest location in GA, USA.

What kind of language do you translate?

All European and Asian Languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc…)

What are your certifications?

So fare,we are  ESIT certified. Our ATA  and NACES certifications are in process

Can I drop my document off?

JCTraductions is a fast paced company. It is easier and faster to fax and/or email your documents. That way they get directly send to the appropriate person.

Can I pick my translations up?

We usually deliver the documents by mail, fax and/or email at no extra charge. The real urgent translations are send through FED EX overnight if need be.

What is your delivery time frame?

The usual time frame is  10 days.

Documents such as birth, marriage certificates get translated within 24 hours regardless of the number of pages.

Credentials/Transcripts are also available through 'Emergency Translations". Additional fees will applied for any "Emergency Translation".

For Books, Manual and else the timeframe depends on the number of words/pages as well as the client’s deadline.

Are your translations certified and notarized?

Yes. All of our translations are certified and notarized if need be.

How can I pay for my translations?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your payment can be process over the phone after you've signed the processing form. If you do not want to be process over the phone, you still have to fill out the form and fax it back to us:678.829.0518 or email it to: admin@JCTraductions.com.

Please note that all transactions are final, no refund will be issued WHATSOEVER.
